As a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 17 years of experience, Kelly has dedicated her career to enhancing natural beauty and empowering others in the field of aesthetics. As an Allergan trainer and speaker, she is passionate about sharing her knowledge and nurturing the growth of fellow practitioners. Kelly founded BeautyCo Wellness and Medical Aesthetics Clinic to create a welcoming space where advanced techniques meet personalized care. At BeautyCo, her mission is to help clients feel confident and radiant, embracing their unique beauty with results that look effortless and natural.
Dr. Stewart Collins is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Raleigh, NC native. He graduated with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and holds a Master of Science degree from N.C. State University, and a medical degree from the Brody School of Medicine. Dr. Collins went on to train in General Surgery at the University of Virginia, where he became fascinated with the ability to improve someone’s self-image through surgery and completed a full plastic surgery fellowship at the Sutherland Institute at the Kansas University Medical Center in Kansas City. In his last year at KU, Dr. Collins trained under a world-renowned staff and ran the Senior Fellow Cosmetic Clinic. Upon completing over 14 years of school and training, Dr. Collins moved back to his hometown of Raleigh, NC, where he began his private practice. He enjoys spending his spare time with his wife, Leslie, and their 4 children.
Sydney Sharpe is a Dual Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner originally from Greensboro, NC. She graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and worked in a Neuro Trauma Intensive Care Unit. Sydney knew early on that she wanted to pursue higher education by becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner and completing her Doctorate of Nursing Practice at East Carolina University. Sydney has completed certification courses with Aesthetic Medical Educators Training, Palette Resources, and the American Academy of Facial Aesthetics. She’s undergone rigorous one-on-one training with elite Allergan trainers Kelly Gibbs, Shelia Anderson, and more!
Sydney’s overall mission is to create a sense of confidence and empowerment in others to better their health, sense of self, and overall well-being and enhance their natural beauty. Sydney’s philosophy of medical aesthetics stems from the ‘look good, feel good’ mentality- when we feel our best, we project the best version of ourselves into every facet of our lives. When Sydney is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her beloved dog, Levi. She loves music, traveling, yoga, snowboarding, and spending time on the water!
Rachael is a highly experienced aesthetician with over 12 years of aesthetic experience. With a background in both a traditional day spa and clinical setting, she enjoys making result-oriented treatments a high-level enjoyable experience. She stays current on the latest technology regarding treatment modalities and medical-grade skin care. Rachael specializes in treating challenging skin concerns, including acne/acne scarring, stubborn hyperpigmentation, and Melasma. She is passionate about creating customized skin care and treatment plans for her clients to reach their goals and achieve the best skin of their lives!
Taylor is a Raleigh native with 5+ years in customer service and has held an aesthetic license since 2015. Her passion for skincare and overall wellness, tied with years of elite customer service, has made her a great fit for our BeautyCo family. Taylor works hard each day to support the BeautyCo team in offering the latest technologies and production in the market to give you elevated treatment results for years to come. In her free time, Taylor enjoys exploring all of Raleigh’s unique hot spots, spending time with her son, and finding the newest juice recipes!
Born and raised in Raleigh, NC, Ovriona is an HBCU Graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations. Throughout her experience with editorial internships and marketing coordination opportunities in New York, Ovriona continues to stay up to date with the latest trends in media, fresh ideas, and a passion for communications. Her love for the beauty industry and creativity is what brought her to BeautyCo. Ovriona continues to find the most efficient ways to create content. In her free time, she loves to watch movies, listen to the newest music, and continuously grow her education in communications.
Adrianna is a passionate and talented aesthetician who recently graduated from the Aveda Institute in Chapel Hill. You may recognize her from the front desk, where she started her career with Beautyco as one of our amazing Patient Care Coordinators. Having previously helped clients, Adrianna is no stranger to the unique needs and concerns of people seeking skincare solutions. She takes pride in staying updated with the latest skincare trends and technologies and has a genuine passion for ensuring that her clients receive the highest quality of care. In her free time, she loves exploring downtown Raleigh with her dog, Remy, and finding new books to read!
Kaina is our newest team member at BeautyCo Raleigh. Having over 5 years in customer service working in the medical field as a CNA. As a CNA, Kaina provided excellent care to her patients throughout the years as she’s always had a passion for making people feel good inside and out. In 2022, Kaina decided to pursue Aesthetics school at Mitchell’s Academy and is now a Licensed Aesthetician. She is eager to learn more about the medical aesthetics industry and indulges in her own love of skincare. In her free time, she enjoys listening and dancing to music, quality time with friends and family, nature, self-care, and horror movies.

Sara joined our team in January 2023 as one of our patient care coordinators. Sara also considers herself a Raleigh native even though she spent her early childhood in Florida and went back to National Personal Training Institute in Orlando, Florida. Coming from a personal training career, Sara’s passion has always been health and wellness & growing the confidence of other individuals. Her transition into this industry has been seamless and her dedication to detail when helping our patients and providers is admirable. She is excited to grow her Aesthetics career and help patients find their confidence in the Aesthetics industry. In her free time Sara loves teaching group classes at Heat in Downtown Raleigh, hanging out with friends, family, Fiance, and her sidekick, a beautiful golden retriever, Indy.
