Service Refunds

Refunds are not provided for services or packages, but a credit can be applied toward other services if within the expiration date. If a patient moves out of state, a refund will be provided on unused service packages, less a 25% administrative fee if within the expiration date. Starting November 1st, 2023, service packages will have a 2-year expiration date for use from the purchase date. Once expired, services may not be transferred, redeemed for value, or refunded. 

Product Returns & Refunds

BeautyCo Refunds are not provided for services or packages, but all purchased service packages can be converted into a dollar amount. If a patient moves out of state, a refund will be provided on unused service packages, less a 25% administrative fee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept product returns for 50% of product value in the form of store credit within 14 days of purchase date. No cash refunds will be given on products and will only be provided in the form of store credit. We do not refund or accept any returns on damaged products that have been damaged by the purchaser.

Cancellation Policy

BeautyCo has a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments.  NO EXCEPTIONS to the no-show/cancellation policy including emergencies, traffic, or sickness.  No-show fees and cancellation fees are NOT carried over to future appointments or applied toward future treatments.  If you no-show for your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged $150.  This fee is non-negotiable or refundable.  Appointments can be canceled via Patient Portal, phone (984) 222-0026, email Hello@beautycoraleigh.com , or text message (984) 833-2893!

Child Policy

Due to the nature of our services here at BeautyCo, we ask that you find childcare for your BeautyCo appointments. Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to wait alone in the waiting area nor are they permitted to join parents in the treatment room. This policy does include newborns and toddlers, as we strive to create a safe and noise-free environment for our injectors and patients who are here for a relaxing facial experience. If you are unable to find childcare for your appointment, please reach out or log onto the patient portal to reschedule your appointment. Please note that BeautyCo may ask you to reschedule your appointment- subject to the $150 same day reschedule fee- for another time if you arrive without childcare. This policy protects BeautyCo patients and their children, as our clinic is not a safe environment for children.

Pet Policy

We unfortunately cannot allow any animals inside our clinic due to medical board requirements. Anyone who brings an animal into BeautyCo- even if only to purchase product- will be asked to step outside and return without their pet. This is a non-negotiable policy due to legal restrictions and allergy concerns.

Price Increases

Due to continued production changes and pricing increases from our vendors, we are continuing to update our medical aesthetic and product pricing. Please note that while we have put off raising prices as long as we could, we are adapting to these industry changes as best we can.
